Evangelism is Important

The very first reason that evangelism is important is because we are commanded to go and share the gospel. The Great Commission is the good work we will be answerable for at the bema seat when we are standing before Christ for judgement of our works. Christ desires obedience!

Another reason we must evangelize is because we are called to have compassion on out fellow man. We often ignore the fact that many people around us are doomed to Hell. If we don’t tell them, are we responsible for their lostness? I would think we are guilty by omission.

We must be evangelists, all of us. It is God’s will for our lives.
