Biblical wealth is not measured merely by how much money or material possessions a person has, but by how faithfully those blessings are used for God’s glory. The Bible teaches that God is the giver of every good gift, and wealth should never become our master or replace our dependence upon Him. Proverbs 3:9 says, “Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase.” Wealth can be a blessing when it is earned honestly, managed wisely, shared generously, and used to help others and advance God’s kingdom. Jesus warned us not to lay up treasures only on earth, but to lay up treasures in heaven (Matthew 6:19-21).
